 Your Submission
Checklist
Congratulations! Your project is nearly ready to be printed. Use this checklist as a helpful resource when sending us your submission. This is not a complete list of everything to be included in your submission, but a list of the most important instructions that will help NetPublications Inc. print out your project in a timely and professional manner.
- Platform used (Mac or PC)
- Name and version number of the program used to create your files
- NAMES of files and ORDER in which they will be printed
- Final dimensions of document
- Number of pages of document
- All FONTS in a single folder
- All IMAGES in a single folder
- For PDF files, ALL FONTS EMBEDDED
- Finally, if you are using applications that are likely to reflow text
(such as MS Word, Publisher or Powerpoint) providing a printed copy of
your final file is recommended.
