PREPARING YOUR FILES: DIRECTIONS FOR A QUICK AND SUCCESSFUL PRINTING JOB:
1.First, specify your platform.
NetPublications Inc. can work with files created on either a PC or Mac, but you much specify which platform was used in your submission.
NetPub accepts the following Media:
CD-ROM, DVD-ROM
USB Drives
E-mail, FTP transfer, YouSendIt (or equivalent)
2. PDFs are the preferred files for cover and text. TIFF files are preferred for images.Please make sure to view the following video for "Quick Tips" from us on how to successfully create your PDF files:

file formats NetPublications Inc. can accept. (If you do NOT use PDFs, please specify NAME and VERSION NUMBER of the program used to create your files).
3. Only include the files for us to complete the job.
4. Identify page number and final dimensions of your document.
For bleed on covers, there is a 1/8" minimum. 1/4" on all sides is preferred. If bleed on text is needed, please tell us in advance as this may change your quote.
5. Calculate spine size
Our main two stocks are 50# and 60# offset, which have a PPI of 520 and 444 respectively. To calculate your spine size, first ask a customer service representative for the PPI on the paper you will be using. Then Follow this formula: Divide your page count by the PPI. Multiply the result by 16 The final figure is your spine size in 16th of an inch (X/16")
